Bernard's Jewelers is hands down my favorite jewelry store in Statesboro! Everyone there is super friendly and really takes the time to help you find exactly what you're looking for. I've gone in a few times, once for a little personal shopping and another time to repair my necklace, and both times everything turned out perfect. Can't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend going to Bernard's! They do such an incredible job. I've had to bring my wedding ring that is from Kay's to have it worked on 3 times. Brittany was the one that did all the work and she did amazing. They always put their customers first. They always have a beautiful smile on their faces. I will not go anywhere else but Bernard's.

I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at Bernard’s. I was searching for a very special custom piece and was unable to come into the store (I live out of state now). I was connected with Alex who was absolutely exceptional. We texted back and forth over the course of a few days to dial in exactly what I was looking for. She sent me countless options, with photos to scale, and did some extra digging to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She was extremely patient, informative, and honestly just went above and beyond. I don’t believe I have ever written a business review before, however Alex’s strong work ethic and admirable character is extremely respectable and needs to be noted. Shopping for an anniversary gift for my wife, I stopped by Bernard's to see what they had available. Upon entering the store, I was greeted immediately with a warm welcome and inquiry as to my visit. Long story short, Mackenzie assisted me with my eventual purchase and I have to say, she was incredibly patient with me and answered all of my questions with care and professionalism. I felt no pressure at all. My wife loved the ring!

I stopped in for the first time to buy a pin for my husband's watch band and to have the prongs on my diamond ring tightened. I assumed I would need to drop the items off and come back but they fixed both items in 10 minutes. Moreover, they took the extra time to clean my ring and I wasn't charged for the adjustment; I paid for the watch pin and that was it. The service here was wonderful and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. I have been to jewelers in other areas where the staff seemed condescending, especially if you weren't making a large purchase. If the staff at Bernard's was gracious to me and my $4 watch pin, I'm certain they would be the place to go for higher price tag purchases. Last but not least, I believe this is a women-owned business (at least it appears this way from the website and the all-women staff working today). Very cool.

I went Bernard’s Jewelry Store to pick up an order. While I was there, they offered to clean the rings I was wearing. Of course I said yes. She disappeared into the work area and came back in a few minutes. Two of my stones were loose, and they fixed them. I left the store with a smile, my order, and sparkling, repaired rings. They had a store full of people and they managed courteous to all. 5 stars

Polly and the team Bernards were a tremendous help in quickly turning around an appraisal for me. As we prepared an auction catalog, I knew that certification for a particular piece would be very important in getting the best price for our customer. The appraisal was thorough, very professional and done quickly. Not only did Bernard's quick turnaround help me, it also helped my client tremendously. Well done!

I had a great experience here shopping for my wife's birthday. She wanted a new watch and the staff helped me to pick one out. The price was competitive with Belk's and the service was outstanding. Icing on the cake was a superb (and free) gift-wrap!

They did a fantastic job restoring my wedding rings. They were antique rings from the 1910s that belonged to my grandmother. I had both rings resized and also had the bands changed from yellow to white gold. One of the rings had to have some smaller diamonds replaced as well. Everything came out perfectly!

I had my engagement ring sized down by Bernards. I didn't purchase from here but came to y'all to size. At first I was apprehensive of the month long wait, but it only took about two weeks. After receiving my ring back -- I'd wait 3 months if I had to do it again. My ring is perfect and looks better than the day I got it. I can not say how ecstatic I am enough. And I will brag on Bernards and refer anyone to you guys!! Thank you!! Y'all are truly amazing!!!

My first experience was very successful. I went in without an objective, and was very quickly satisfied with the customer service I received. I ended up leaving with a new watch, after they adjusted my links & set it for me. 10/10 service and selection. Will be taking my business back again!

I went here for the first time to get a band to put on my galaxy s3 frontier watch. The sales lady was very helpful and installed the band on my watch. I only had to pay $10. Will visit again in future when i want to change the band on my watch.

Pam Anderson is the best. She has an eye for ring settings & good suggestions on how to change the look of your ring. She helped redesign my anniversary ring and it is beautiful. She also reset another ring which turned out beautiful.
